You understand that you may be waiving certain legal rights.

All content, trainings, videos, community discussions, tools, frameworks, and materials provided through our Services are for educational purposes only.

Nothing on our Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice, and nothing should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions.

3. Eligibility (Age Requirements)

You must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase our Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts, Access & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Purchases, Billing & Subscriptions

By purchasing any product or subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including recurring charges if applicable.

If your purchase is a subscription:

  • You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
  • Past charges are non-refundable unless expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Community Rules (Skool, Discord, and Any Private Platforms)

Our communities are not "open chat rooms." They are structured environments.

You agree that you will not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Share illegal content or promote harmful behavior
  • Post spam, solicitations, or unauthorized promotions
  • Misrepresent results, identity, or experience
  • Share paid content outside the community
  • Encourage violations of platform rules or applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or permanently remove users who violate community standards. In cases of serious violations, no refunds will be provided.

8. Intellectual Property (No Sharing / No Resale)

All content provided by Supreme Elite University LLC including videos, training modules, PDFs, frameworks, lessons, and community materials is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by Supreme Elite University LLC and/or Daniel Ortiz.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Services for your individual use.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, or share content
  • Record or redistribute paid trainings
  • Create derivative works from our materials
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

Violation of this section may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Any examples, statements, or testimonials are not guarantees of results. Individual outcomes vary.

No representation is being made that any user will achieve specific results, profits, or performance.

10. Third-Party Platforms & Links

We may use or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, community platforms, video hosting). We are not responsible for third-party policies, downtime, or actions.

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supreme Elite University LLC, its owners, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

In any event, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supreme Elite University LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party

14. Disputes, Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

Optional Arbitration Clause: If you want, we can add a binding arbitration + class action waiver section (stronger legal shield). Since that section is sensitive, I recommend doing it only if you are sure and/or have it reviewed by a lawyer.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused content, or compromised community integrity.

Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms will survive termination.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect changes.

Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
